Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Shipping Delays:
Please note that while we aim to provide a reliable delivery estimate, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, inclement weather, or customs processing. Sutherland & Co. is not responsible for delivery delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
